| 1 kg lamb. 1 onion, chopped. 1 clove garlic. 4 tomatoes, peeled and roughly chopped. 1 cup butter. Salt and pepper. 1/2 kg pasta. 1/4 cup butter. 1 cup grated cheese. |

| Recipe: |
| Cut meat in pieces. Heat butter and lightly brown onions, garlic and meat. Add tomatoes, salt pepper and let simmer. Boil pasta unitl half coooked. Drain and put in a dish. Add the 1/4 cup butter, some cheese and the meat with its sauce. Bake until juices are absorbed. Menu for 6-8 servings. |
