1 leg of lamb. 2-3 cloves garlic. 1/2 cup butter. Salt and pepper. Wax paper.
Recipe:
With a sharp knife, make small cuts in the leg, and stuff with garlic. Rub with butter, salt and pepper. Fold the leg in wax paper, tie ends with string. Bake in moderate oven, for about 2 hours. Menu for 6-8 servings.
