| 500 gr dried white beans. 3 onions finely sliced. 4 large tomatoes, peeld and chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. Little bit of parsley, chopped.
1 cup olive oil. 2 cups water. Salt and pepper. |

| Recipe: |
| Soak beans overnight. Next morning boil them, and when cooked, drain well in a colander. Heat oil in a saucepan and lightly brown onions and garlic. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and cook for about 10 minutes. Add water and let cook until onions are tender. A little while before removing from heat, add parlsley. Put beans in a baking dish, pour sauce over them, and bake in medium heat oven, for about 15 minutes.Menu for 6-8 servings. |
