| 1 cabbage. 250 g ground beef. Parsley, salt, pepper. 250 ground pork. 2 onions, 2 spoons rice. 1 spoon butter. 2 tomatoes For sauce: 2 spoons butter and 3 glasses water for cooking. 6 servings. |

| Recipe: |
| Chop the onions, parsley and the tomatoes. Remove the fat portion of the stem of cabbage and blanch them in boiling water. Mix the meat, onions, parsley, tomatoes, 1 spooon butter, salt and pepper. Take the cabbage leaves and fill them with the mix one by one. Put them in a pan with 2 spoons butter and 3 glasses of water., cover with a dish and the lid. When cooked leave the juice aside. Prepare sauce: heat up 2 spoons butter and stir 1 spoon flour until golden brownish. Add some juice and stir, when thick remove from the heat add an egg, salt and (1)lemon juic and stir. When ready pour over the cabbage rolls. |
