| For the meat sauce: 500 gr beef, 1 onion. 1 clove garlic, 2 cloves. Cinnamon powder. 3 tomatoes. 2 spoons butter. Salt and pepper

| Recipe: |
| Chop the onions, tomatoes and mince the garlic. Heat the butter and stir in first the onion and the garlic. Then the beef until it becomes brown. Add tomatoes, cinnamon, cloves, salt, pepper and a half a cup of water and let it simmer. Cut the eggplants into slices, apply salt and wait for approx. 30 min's Wash and drain them afterwards. Flour the eggplants and lightly fry them in oil put them on a piece of paper. When ready place the slices in a baking dish and cover them with the meat sauce and finaly the bechamel. Bake until the top becomes brownies in an oven. Menu for 6-8 servings. |
