| 250 gr Tarama. 1 cup olive oil. 1/2 teaspoon vinegar. 1 onion, grated. Juice from 2 lemons. |

| Recipe: |
| Leave the tarama in water for 5 minutes. Remove and put in a mortar. Pound, adding a little at a time oil and lemon juice, until the tarama is a smooth pasta. At last add onion, mixing it well. Menu for 6-8 servings. |
