Ingrediënts:
500 gr ground meat. 3 spoons butter. 1 egg. 1 garlic clove. 1 onion. 1.5 spoons rice. Parsley. Salt and pepper. For the sauce 1 egg and juice from 1 lemon. 6 servings
 
Recipe:
Mix the meat with the finely chopped onion the minced garlic, egg, rice, parsley, salt and pepper. Wait for about half hour. Heat up the butter and add 3 cups of water. Then shape the meat into small balls and flour them, drop the balls into the water when starts to boil. Cover and let them cook. The water level must cover the meatballs halfway. When the meatballs are cooked, remove from fire. Beat egg and addlemon juice. Pour the sauce over meat balls and serve hot.
